ONGC COMPLETES INDIA'S SECOND GEOTHERMAL WELL AT 14,000 FEET IN LADAKH
India's state owned oil exploration company

has completed it's second geothermal well in Ladakh's Puga Valley, marking a significant step towards establishing the nation's first geothermal power plant. The company has successfully drilled the 1,000-metre-deep well at an altitude exceeding 14,000 feet in approximately one month, representing a major technological advancement over the country's first geothermal drilling campaign.

is the largest crude oil and natural gas Company in India, contributing around 71% to Indian domestic production. The stock is currently trading at an attractive valuation of 0.82 times it's book value.
