has emerged as the Lowest Bidder in tenders floated by National Highways Authority of India for 2 hybrid annuity mode (HAM) based National Highway Projects for an aggregate Project Cost of Rs 3,483 crore. Both projects are located in Uttar Pradesh under the NH-927 section and have an execution timeline of 24 months. The first project involves the construction of a 4-lane highway from Barabanki to Mustafabad, with a quoted bid project cost of Rs 1,728 crore. The second project covers the construction of a 4-lane highway from Mustafabad to Biswariya, with a quoted bid project cost of Rs 1,755 crore. Having a market cap of Rs 5,714 crore, the company's stock is trading at 0.87 times it's book value thereby making it a value buy for long term investing.
