PRESTIGE ESTATES IS SET FOR A STRONG GROWTH IN FY27

$PRESTIGE is set for a strong growth in FY27 with a robust project pipeline, higher collections, diversified real estate portfolio, and ambitious expansion targets, positioning the company for sustained revenue and earnings growth. The company anticipates collecting more than Rs 20,000 crore in FY27 on account of the initiation of new projects and their construction. It believes that increasing customer demand and the timely execution of projects will lead to increased collections. Projects worth approximately Rs 60,000 crore GDV are likely to be launched by the company in FY27. The majority of these projects are yet to receive approvals but will drive sales and revenues in the future.
