PSU SHIPBUILDING COMPANY EXPECTED TO SIGN Rs 1-LAKH CRORE SUBMARINE DEALS

As India looks to crank up its naval prowess,

MAZDOCK
is likely to sign two deals for supply of submarines worth more than Rs 1 lakh crore by the middle of 2026. The company is in a Rs 36,000 crore deal with France's Naval Group for three Scorpene submarines and another Rs 65,000 crore deal with Germany's ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems for six stealth submarines. This will become one of the biggest Make in India projects in recent years. Having a market cap of Rs 1,05,740 crore, the shares of the company are trading at Rs 2,615 per share as on date. This is a discount of about 30% from it's all time high price of Rs 3,775. Currently the stock is consolidating between Rs 2600-2900 levels, and any breakout above Rs 3000 can see a strong momentum for the stock.
