to manufacture air conditioners in India thereby enhancing it's market presence in the growing cooling industry. SHARP air conditioners will be produced at

plants in Dehradun and Sri City, targeting a production goal of 500,000 units over three years. This collaboration aligns SHARP’s innovative Japanese engineering technology with
AMBER
's manufacturing prowess and supply chain management.
Having a market cap of Rs 23,262 crore,
AMBER
has reported a sales growth of 33% CAGR over the past 3 years. DIIs have increased their stake from 19.11% in Dec24 to 23.86% in Dec25 thereby showing a strong confidence in the company. With this new partnership, the company's sales are expected to grow in the coming years.
