SUZLON ENERGY TO INVEST IN 3 AI-POWERED WIND BLADE FACTORIES

plans to deploy Rs 550 crore toward three AI-enabled wind blade plants by the year 2027. The project targets major wind corridors across Gujarat, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu to shorten supply logistics. The additional manufacturing bandwidth will support execution across the company's order pipeline of over 6 GW while generating an estimated 15,000 direct and indirect regional jobs. Suzlon Energy will be expanding its domestic manufacturing footprint from 15 existing facilities to 18 smart manufacturing units, and also transitioning manufacturing processes toward integrated digital workflows, automated quality checks, and robotics. It has delivered good profit growth of 45% CAGR over last 5 years, and with such expansion plans the company's profits are further set to grow in the coming years.
