TATA MOTORS PASSENGER VEHICLES SALES IN JULY JUMPED 59% TO 63,760 UNITS WITH EV SALES HAVING MORE THAN DOUBLED

reported total sales of 63,760 units across domestic and international markets in Jul26, registering a 59% year-on-year increase from 40,175 units sold in the corresponding month last year. The figures include passenger vehicle sales, including electric vehicles, across both domestic and overseas markets. Electric vehicle sales, covering both domestic and international markets, recorded the sharpest growth among the reported segments. EV sales climbed to 15,217 units in Jul26 from 7,124 units in Jul25, translating into a 114% year-on-year increase.
