WAAREE RENEWABLE SECURES LOA FOR EPC OF 124 MWp SOLAR POWER PROJECT

$WAAREERTL has received a Letter of Award (LOA) for the turnkey engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of a 124 MWp solar power project. The project comprises a 124 MWp DC/88 MW AC solar photovoltaic plant along with an associated 132/33 kV pooling substation. The company will undertake the engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of the solar PV plant and associated balance-of-system infrastructure. The scope also includes engineering, procurement, civil works, erection, installation, testing and commissioning of the pooling substation. Having a market cap of Rs 9,443 crore, the company has delivered good profit growth of 190% CAGR over last 5 years. Moreover, it has maintained a strong ROCE and ROE of 85.4% and 69.1% thereby efficiently utilizing it's capital.
