WAAREE RENEWABLE TO ACQUIRE 55% STAKE IN ASSOCIATED POWER STRUCTURES

has inked pact for the acquisition of a 55% stake in Associated Power Structures Pvt Ltd for Rs 1,225 crore. This deal will strengthen the company's market position in the renewable energy sector and will officially transform Associated Power Structures into a subsidiary of Waaree by Jun26. Having a market cap of Rs 10,841 crore, is engaged in the business of power generation through renewable sources and also provides consultancy services in this field. The company has delivered good profit growth of 190% CAGR over last 5 years, and has also given a strong ROCE and ROE of 83.6% and 68.9% respectively, making it an opportunity for both short term and long term investing.
