WAAREE RENEWABLE TO ENTER POWER TRANSMISSION & DISTRIBUTION SPACE

is set to enter the power transmission & distribution space wherein it will acquire 55% stake in Associated Power Structures Limited (ASPL) for Rs 1,225 crores through primary and secondary transactions. The acquisition is expected to complete by Apr26, wherein it will be a strategic expansion for the company in renewable energy ecosystem. Having a net worth of Rs 339.53 crores and sales revenue of Rs 1,226.64 crores for FY25, ASPL was established in 1996 and operates in power transmission and distribution. This aquisition will boost sales and profit growth in the coming quarters.
