Adani Power Secures 25-Year Power Supply Deal with MSEDCL

has signed a 25-year Power Supply Agreement (PSA) with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company (MSEDCL) to supply 1,600 MW of electricity. The power will come from a new 2x800 MW ultra-supercritical thermal power plant to be developed under the Design, Build, Finance, Own and Operate (DBFOO) model. Additionally, the project has received coal linkage under the Government of India's SHAKTI Policy, ensuring long-term fuel security. This agreement strengthens Adani Power's presence in India's power sector while supporting Maharashtra's growing electricity demand with reliable and efficient power generation.
