Angel One Board to Consider Stock Split and Interim Dividend on Jan 15

Angel One shares are in focus as the company’s board will consider a stock split (sub-division of shares) in its upcoming meeting. The board meeting is scheduled for January 15, 2026, where it will consider splitting existing equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each. A stock split does not change the company’s value but increases the number of shares and reduces the price per share, making it more affordable for retail investors. In the same meeting, the board will also consider: • Declaration of the first interim dividend for FY26 • Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 In the previous session, the stock closed at ₹2,472.25, up 2.57%. The 52-week high is ₹3,283 and low is ₹1,942. Currently, the stock is about 25% below its high and around 27% above its low. With a market capitalisation of about ₹22,462 crore, the stock split proposal and dividend consideration keep Angel One firmly in investor focus.
