Dilip Buildcon Bags ₹1,115 Cr Kerala Project - Stock in Focus

Dilip Buildcon (DBL) shares are in the news after the company, along with its partner PSP (in a joint venture), won a big project worth ₹1,115 crore in Kerala. This project is for building and maintaining infrastructure works in Palakkad under the extension of the Chennai–Bengaluru Industrial Corridor to Kochi. DBL holds 74% share in this project, while PSP holds 26%. This is not the first big win for DBL recently. In August 2025, DBL along with RBL won another massive project worth ₹1,503.63 crore for constructing parts of the Gurugram Metro Corridor. Share Price Snapshot (as of last session): • Last Close: ₹555 (down ₹4.70 or 0.84%) • 52-week High: ₹581.35 (18 Sep 2025) • 52-week Low: ₹363.45 (28 Jan 2025) • Market Cap: ₹8,114.93 crore In the last 15 days alone, the stock has jumped 20%. Currently, it is just 4.53% below its 52-week high, showing strong upward momentum. Why this matters? When a company wins such large projects, it usually means more work, more revenue, and possibly better profits in the future. That’s why investors keep a close eye on DBL’s stock. Note: Stock prices move up and down based on many factors like market mood, company results, and economic changes. Winning projects is positive, but always do your research before investing.
