DLF Q3 FY26 – Strong Revenue Growth with Stable Profit Trajectory

DLF posted a robust performance in the December 2025 quarter, driven by strong project execution and healthy demand across segments. While operating profit saw a slight dip, net earnings remained resilient. • Sales: ↑ 32% YoY to ₹2,020 crore (vs ₹1,529 crore in Dec 2024) • EBIDT: ↓ 3% YoY to ₹390 crore (vs ₹400 crore) • Net Profit: ↑ 56% YoY to ₹1,203 crore (vs ₹1,059 crore) • EPS: ↑ 14% YoY to ₹4.86 (vs ₹4.28) At a price of ₹613, market cap ₹1,51,774 crore, and PE 35.2, DLF continues to reflect strong market confidence. The sharp rise in revenue and sustained profitability underscore solid demand and execution strength, while the slight margin pressure suggests near-term cost or mix-related impacts. Overall, the company remains well-positioned to benefit from the ongoing upcycle in the real estate sector.
