Euro Pratik IPO: Growing interiors brand with strong demand but key risks

Euro Pratik Sales, a company known for decorative wall panels, is coming out with its IPO. Before the IPO opened, it raised about ₹135 crore from anchor investors like Motilal Oswal, Alchemy Capital, 360 One, and even big names like Ashish Kacholia-backed Bengal Finance. This shows there is institutional interest. IPO details: • Dates: Opens Sept 16, closes Sept 18 • Price band: ₹235–₹247 per share • Issue size: ₹451 crore (all Offer for Sale, no new money to company) • Listing: NSE and BSE About the company: • Sells decorative wall panels under brands Euro Pratik and Gloirio. • Products used in both homes and commercial spaces. • Follows an asset-light model (outsources manufacturing to South Korea, China, US). • Present in 116 cities with 180 distributors across 25 states. • FY25 revenue: ₹284 crore (28% growth) • Profit: ₹76 crore (21% growth) Positives: • Strong and growing demand in home interiors and commercial design. • Well-known brand with wide distributor network. • Asset-light model keeps costs lower. • Consistent growth in sales and profit. • Participation of reputed anchor investors adds credibility. Risks: • Entire IPO is Offer for Sale → money goes to promoters, not to business expansion. • Heavy dependence on outsourced manufacturing (exposure to foreign partners and imports). • Highly competitive market in home décor with many players. • Stock may list at high valuations given recent demand, leaving less margin of safety. In short: Euro Pratik is a growing interiors brand with good financials and wide presence. But since the IPO money won’t fund growth and valuations may already be rich, investors need to balance the positives with risks before applying.
