FII & DII Activity – 12 Aug 2025

On 12 Aug, Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) were strong buyers, purchasing stocks worth ₹11,888.48 crore and selling worth ₹8,380.55 crore, resulting in a net inflow of ₹3,507.93 crore. Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net sellers, buying ₹9,532.22 crore and selling ₹12,931.02 crore, leading to a net outflow of ₹3,398.80 crore. Month-to-Date (Aug 1–12): • DIIs: +₹46,275.81 crore (continuous buying support) • FIIs: –₹18,620.32 crore (persistent selling pressure) This shows DIIs are actively supporting the market while FIIs are reducing positions.
