Gaudium IVF Raises ₹49.5 Cr from Anchors Ahead of ₹165 Cr IPO Opening Feb 20
Gaudium IVF and Women Health has raised ₹49.5 crore from anchor investors ahead of its ₹165 crore IPO, which will open for subscription from February 20 to February 24. The IPO consists of a fresh issue worth ₹90 crore and an offer-for-sale of ₹75 crore by promoter Dr. Manika Khanna. The price band is fixed at ₹75–₹79 per share. Four anchor investors participated in the pre-IPO placement, with Meru Investment Fund being the largest investor, followed by Sanshi Fund, Hornbill Orchid India Fund, and Carnelian India Multi-Strategy Fund. The company plans to use ₹50 crore from the fresh issue to set up 19 new IVF centres, ₹20 crore for debt repayment, and the remaining funds for general corporate purposes. Founded in 2015, Gaudium operates through a hub-and-spoke model, currently running 7 hub centres and 28 spoke locations across India. The company is expected to list on stock exchanges on February 27, 2026.
