HDFC Bank Q2 FY26 – Robust Profit & Margin Expansion
HDFC Bank reported strong Q2 FY26 results, marked by sustained top-line growth and significant margin improvement, despite a slight sequential dip in revenues. Sales rose 5% YoY to ₹86,994 crore, reflecting steady expansion in business operations. EBIDT jumped 35% YoY to ₹41,833 crore, indicating notable improvement in operating efficiencies and margins during the quarter. Net profit increased 10% YoY to ₹20,364 crore, supported by solid loan growth and controlled expenses. EPS advanced 9% YoY to ₹12.76, highlighting resilience in per-share earnings power.
