Inox Green Secures 182 MW Wind O&M Deal, Stock in Spotlight Ahead of Q1 Results

Inox Green Energy Services will be in focus on August 12 after signing a significant agreement with one of India’s largest conglomerates for the comprehensive operation and maintenance (O&M) of 182 MW of operational wind projects in Western India. The deal includes converting 82 MW of projects from limited-scope to comprehensive O&M and renewing another 100 MW much ahead of schedule. The agreement will cover the entire remaining life of these wind projects, strengthening the company’s long-term service portfolio. CEO SK Mathu Sudhana called this a milestone, as the customer’s entire fleet is now back under Inox Green’s management. He said it reflects both the trust customers have in the company’s renewed capabilities and the changing dynamics of the wind O&M industry. The company’s board will meet on August 14, 2025, to review and approve its Q1 FY26 financial results. In the previous trading session, Inox Green’s share closed at ₹155.65, up ₹1.50 or 0.97%. The stock’s 52-week high is ₹224.65 (13 Sep 2024) and the low is ₹95.65 (07 Apr 2025). It is currently trading 30.71% below its high and 62.73% above its low. The company’s market capitalisation stands at ₹5,712.62 crore.
