JSW Energy has delivered an impressive Q1 performance for June 2025, showcasing strong growth across all key metrics. Sales soared 79% year-on-year to ₹5,143 crore, reflecting strong demand and improved capacity utilization. The revenue also rose sharply from ₹3,189 crore in the previous quarter, signalling consistent growth momentum. EBIDT nearly doubled, rising 97% YoY to ₹2,789 crore from ₹1,418 crore last year. The jump in operating profit highlights significant efficiency gains and stronger realization per unit of power. Net profit climbed 42% YoY to ₹836 crore, up from ₹534 crore in June 2024 and ₹415 crore in March 2025. This steady profitability reflects effective cost control and operational leverage. EPS (Earnings Per Share) also rose 42% YoY to ₹4.25, delivering better value for shareholders. It’s a notable jump from ₹2.33 in the last quarter. With a market cap of ₹90,019 crore and trading at a PE ratio of 41.6, JSW Energy is drawing investor confidence backed by solid fundamentals and strong earnings visibility.
