Juniper Green Energy to Raise ₹3,000 Cr via IPO – Focus on Debt Reduction

Juniper Green Energy, a Gurugram-based renewable energy company, has filed papers with SEBI to launch an IPO worth ₹3,000 crore. IPO Highlights: • Entirely a fresh issue (no shares sold by existing promoters). • May raise ₹600 crore in pre-IPO placement—if that happens, IPO size will reduce accordingly. • ₹2,250 crore from IPO funds will go towards debt repayment. • Remaining funds for general corporate purposes.
