Lodha Developers Reports Steady Q2 Growth with Strong Sales and Collections

Lodha Developers, one of India’s leading real estate companies, has shared its performance for the July–September 2025 (Q2) quarter. The results show steady growth in both sales and money collected from customers. Key highlights (compared to last year): • Pre-sales (new property bookings) grew 7% to ₹4,570 crore, up from ₹4,290 crore last year. • Collections (money received from customers) rose 13% to ₹3,480 crore, compared to ₹3,070 crore last year. • The company also added a new project in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹2,300 crore. This steady increase in sales and collections shows that demand for Lodha’s homes and properties remains strong. Adding a new high-value project in MMR — one of India’s most important real estate markets — strengthens its growth pipeline. Summary: Lodha Developers had a good quarter, selling more homes and collecting more payments from buyers. The new ₹2,300 crore project in Mumbai adds to its future business, showing the company’s confidence and strong market position.
