M & B Engineering Q1 FY26: Explosive YoY Growth, but Sequential Dip.
M & B Engineering posted stellar year-on-year performance in the June 2025 quarter, with strong gains across all metrics, though sequentially the numbers slipped versus March 2025. Sales surged 69% YoY to ₹238 crore, up from ₹140 crore last year. EBIDT jumped 121% YoY to ₹29.5 crore, while net profit soared 159% YoY to ₹18 crore against ₹6.94 crore in June 2024. EPS too skyrocketed 158% YoY to ₹3.59 versus ₹1.39 a year ago, showing substantial value creation for shareholders. However, compared to March 2025, revenue and profit came in lower, suggesting some cooling after a very strong preceding quarter. At the current price of ₹456, the company has a market cap of ₹2,609 crore and trades at a PE of 34, broadly in line with mid-cap valuations. In Short: M & B Engineering delivered outstanding YoY growth across sales, margins, and profits, but sequential moderation indicates the June quarter was not as strong as March’s peak.
