Pre Market Analysis | 06 May👇

Global markets were strong overnight after good US earnings and easing Iran tensions helped Wall Street move closer to record highs. Nasdaq stayed strong again, and US markets held their gains throughout the session instead of selling off after the gap-up open. That usually shows stronger buying interest. Asian markets are also positive this morning, with Korea leading. Gift Nifty is pointing towards a strong opening for Nifty, likely above the 24200 area. Dollar index and US bond yields cooling off is helping equities globally. But for India, crude near 108 and weak INR are still concerns in the background. That pressure hasn’t gone away. Today’s opening may be strong, but the important thing is whether the broader market also participates after the gap-up… or if buying again stays limited to a few stocks near higher levels.
