RailTel–Ashoka Buildcon Consortium Wins ₹1,136 Cr Maharashtra E-Governance Modernisation Project

RailTel Corporation of India, in consortium with Ashoka Buildcon, has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) worth ₹1,136.18 crore from the Inspector General of Registration Maharashtra. The contract involves the selection of a Managed Service Provider (MSP) for the modernisation of offices of the Inspector General of Registration and the Controller of Stamps under the Maharashtra Government. This large digital infrastructure project strengthens RailTel’s non-railway order book, enhances long-term revenue visibility, and reinforces its growing role in e-governance and IT infrastructure solutions.
