Reliance Industries FY25 Results
Reliance Industries, owned by Mr. Mukesh Ambani, announced its results for the year ended March 2025 — and it was a strong year despite global challenges. Here are the highlights: Record Revenue: ₹10.71 lakh crore, up 7.1% from last year. Record Profit: ₹81,309 crore for the full year, up 2.9%. March Quarter Profit: ₹22,611 crore, growing 6.4% compared to last year. Strong in Telecom (Jio): Revenue grew 17.8% to ₹39,853 crore. Profit jumped 25.8% to ₹7,023 crore. Jio now has over 48.8 crore users, with average revenue per user at ₹206.2. Retail Boom: Revenue grew 15.7% to ₹88,620 crore. Profit rose 30.4% to ₹3,519 crore. Reliance Retail now has over 19,000 stores. Oil-to-Chemicals (O2C): Revenue up 15.4% at ₹1.64 lakh crore. EBITDA (profit before certain costs) fell 10% due to weak global markets. Oil & Gas: Revenue slightly down by 0.4%. Profit also dropped due to lower gas output. New Energy & Future Plans: Mukesh Ambani said Reliance is ready to grow big in renewable energy and batteries very soon. JioStar Success: Revenue of ₹10,006 crore. 503 million monthly users thanks to IPL and big sports events. Dividend & Investments: Dividend announced: ₹5.5 per share. Planning to raise ₹25,000 crore through bonds. Big investments continue in new businesses.
