Saatvik Green Energy Shines with Big Profit Jump in Q1 FY26

Saatvik Green Energy has become the talk of the market after showing very strong results for the April–June 2025 quarter (Q1 FY26). The company’s business is mainly in making solar panels (solar PV modules) — which are used to generate electricity from sunlight. In this quarter, Saatvik reported a net profit of ₹118.8 crore, a big jump from ₹21.2 crore in the same period last year. That means the company’s profit grew more than 5 times compared to last year. Its revenue (total sales) also went up sharply — from ₹246 crore to ₹915.7 crore, a rise of 272%. This shows the company is growing very fast and getting more business. Recently, Saatvik received new orders worth ₹488 crore from top power companies to supply solar panels. These orders will be completed during the financial year 2025–26. Also, its subsidiary company — Saatvik Solar Industries — received extra orders worth ₹219.62 crore from three well-known power producers. Saatvik Green Energy’s shares got listed on the stock market on September 26 at the same price as its IPO, so the listing was calm (not much gain or loss). The company had raised money from the IPO — around ₹477 crore — to build a 4-gigawatt solar panel factory in Odisha and to repay loans of its subsidiary. Overall, Saatvik Green Energy is showing strong growth and rising demand in the solar energy sector. If the company continues this momentum, it could become one of the major players in India’s renewable energy space in the coming years.
