Shreeji Shipping Global IPO: Key Details Explained.

Shreeji Shipping Global, a Gujarat-based company that handles cargo, transportation, fleet chartering, and equipment rentals, is launching its Initial Public Offering (IPO). The price band is set between ₹240 and ₹252 per share. The IPO will open for subscription on August 19 and close on August 21, with anchor bidding starting on August 18. This will be a pure fresh issue of 1.6 crore shares. At the upper price of ₹252, the total issue size will be around ₹410.71 crore. Shreeji operates in India and Sri Lanka, mainly at non-major ports on the West Coast of India, with a fleet of over 80 vessels (barges, mini bulk carriers, tug boats, floating cranes) and more than 370 earthmoving machines. From the IPO proceeds, the company plans to spend ₹251.2 crore to buy Supramax dry bulk carriers from the secondary market, ₹23 crore to repay debt, and the rest for general corporate purposes. In FY25, Shreeji posted a profit of ₹141.2 crore, up 13.4% from last year, but revenue fell by nearly 17% to ₹607.6 crore. The company has no direct listed competitors. It filed for IPO in January 2025, got SEBI approval in May, and the merchant bankers for the issue are Beeline Capital Advisors and Elara Capital (India).
