Sri Lotus Q1 FY26: Profit Slides on Steep Revenue Drop!
Sri Lotus reported a steep decline in performance for the June 2025 quarter, both on a year-on-year and sequential basis. Sales dropped 49% YoY to ₹61.3 crore, compared with ₹121 crore in June 2024. EBIDT slipped 44% YoY to ₹29.5 crore against ₹52.8 crore a year ago, while net profit fell 36% YoY to ₹25.8 crore, down from ₹40.2 crore. On a sequential basis, the slowdown was even sharper — sales shrank from ₹190 crore in Mar 2025 to ₹61.3 crore, while net profit dropped from ₹85.9 crore to just ₹25.8 crore. EPS stood at ₹0.59 versus ₹1.97 in March 2025, showing significant earnings erosion. At the current market price of ₹182, Sri Lotus commands a market cap of ₹8,914 crore and trades at a relatively high PE of 39.3, despite the earnings slowdown. In Short: Sri Lotus faced heavy pressure on revenue, margins, and profitability in Q1 FY26, making it one of the weaker performers in this results season.
