Stop chasing tips & start reviewing what you already own.

If a stock doesn’t pass basic checks, it probably doesn’t deserve a place in your long-term portfolio. Here’s a simple checklist I use before holding anything 👇 Valuation & efficiency • PEG close to or below 1 • PE not way above peers • ROE consistently strong • ROCE shows good capital use • Valuations not stretched vs earnings Growth & business strength • Sales growing steadily • Profits actually compounding • Margins holding up (not one good quarter) • No crazy price-to-sales without reason Safety & governance • Decent size (avoid very illiquid names) • Low debt • Promoters have skin in the game • No major pledge issues This isn’t a magic formula. Some great companies will fail this. But it helps you avoid weak businesses dressed as “multibaggers.” At the end of the day, numbers matter but management and business quality matter more.
