VWAP Trading Strategy👇

Everyone draws VWAP. Very few actually trade it right. Here’s the part most miss 👇 VWAP breakouts only work when there’s intent in the market. Strong open, clear trend, and volume backing the move. What you want to see: Price stuck below VWAP… then a clean break with strength. Not a weak cross. A decisive move. And the biggest mistake? Jumping into that breakout candle. Better approach: Let price settle. Wait for a small dip back to VWAP or a tight base above it. That’s where the real entry is. Risk is simple. If it slips back below VWAP, the move has likely failed. Where I initially get trapped: choppy days, constant VWAP crosses, low volume names. Later I understood that’s noise, not opportunity. VWAP isn’t just a line on your chart. It’s where the bigger players are active. Trade around it… and you’ll start seeing the difference.
