Yashhtej Industries IPO Subscribed 1.35×, ₹89 Cr Issue Set to List on Feb 25
Yashhtej Industries India has closed its ₹88.88 crore IPO with 1.35 times subscription, and the shares are scheduled to list on the BSE SME platform on February 25, 2026. The IPO was a fixed-price issue at ₹110 per share, comprising 80.79 lakh equity shares. Investors placed bids for about 1.09 crore shares, with strong participation from retail investors, followed by non-institutional investors. The company plans to use ₹63.88 crore for capital expenditure, ₹6.1 crore for working capital, and ₹9.5 crore for general corporate purposes. Yashhtej operates in soybean crude oil and soybean de-oiled cake, contributing roughly 40:60 to revenue. Financially, it reported ₹7.2 crore profit on ₹191.1 crore revenue for the six months ended September 2025. For FY25, profit jumped 10× to ₹11.6 crore, while revenue rose over five times to ₹324.8 crore. The company is expected to finalise share allotment by February 23, ahead of its market debut.
