Z-Tech (India) Q1 FY26: Steady Growth, but Sequential Weakness!

Z-Tech (India) reported healthy year-on-year growth in the June 2025 quarter, though performance moderated compared to the March 2025 quarter. Sales rose 26% YoY to ₹20.5 crore, compared to ₹16.2 crore last year. EBIDT jumped 48% YoY to ₹5.0 crore from ₹3.37 crore, indicating better operating efficiency. Net profit grew 29% YoY to ₹3.04 crore, up from ₹2.35 crore in June 2024, while EPS improved 15% YoY to ₹2.12 from ₹1.84. However, sequentially, both revenue and profit declined sharply versus March 2025, reflecting a slowdown from the previous quarter’s strong base. At the current price of ₹522, Z-Tech commands a market cap of ₹748 crore and trades at a PE of 36.9, implying valuations are on the higher side relative to its earnings. In Short: Z-Tech delivered robust YoY growth with margin improvement, but sequential softness in revenue and profits suggests the company needs to regain momentum in the coming quarters.
