Bharat Forge Gains 2.26% as ₹2,000 Crore QIP Draws Focus

Bharat Forge stock prices extended their gains for the third straight session, closing 2.26% higher on September 18, 2026, as investors tracked the company’s Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP). Bharat Forge

BHARATFORG
has launched the QIP with a floor price of ₹1,947.70 per share. It may offer a discount of up to 5% on the floor price for the issue. According to a report, the QIP size may be around ₹2,000 crore, putting the fundraising exercise in focus for market participants and institutional investors. Despite the stock’s recent decline from its peak, Bharat Forge has delivered a 31% gain on a year-to-date (YTD) basis so far in 2026. The latest three-session advance comes as investors assess the potential impact of the QIP, including its pricing and size, alongside the stock’s broader performance. From a technical perspective, ₹1,820 on the lower side may act as a key support level, while ₹2,120 on the higher side may act as the immediate resistance level. With the fundraising process underway, Bharat Forge’s QIP developments and price action remain key factors to watch in the near term.
