Chambal Fertilisers rallies 11% in three sessions after Q2

Chambal Fertilisers rose 3.26% to Rs 394.15 after Q2 results, with support at Rs 350 and resistance at Rs 400 to Rs 425 in a downward channel. Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited [

CHAMBLFERT
] rose 3.26% to Rs 394.15 on 4 November, its third straight gain, after its Q2 FY27 results. The stock is up about 11% in three sessions. Consolidated profit fell 2.6% to Rs 631.9 crore from Rs 648.8 crore, while revenue rose 9.1% to Rs 6,999.5 crore from Rs 6,412.8 crore. EBITDA rose 7% to about Rs 900 crore, with the margin at 12.9% against 13.1%. Standalone profit rose 6% to Rs 635 crore, and the board declared an interim dividend of Rs 5 per share. The consolidated dip came from the IMACID joint venture, which posted a small loss after a long shutdown over sulphur shortages. The daily chart shows a downward channel since June. Price bounced from the lower channel line near Rs 350 and is testing the upper line near Rs 400. Resistance is the Rs 400 to Rs 425 zone. Support is Rs 350. A close above Rs 425 would break the channel and signal a trend change. A close below Rs 350 would resume the decline. Volume matters. DISCLOSURE: I do not hold any position in this stock.
