Closing Bell: Nifty Holds Key Support Zone ?

RPOWER
At today’s closing bell, Nifty ended on a mixed note. The index opened with some positivity but faced profit booking during the mid-session, trimming early gains. Global cues remained neutral, while stability in crude oil prices offered partial support. Buying interest was seen in banking and IT stocks, whereas pressure persisted in metal and FMCG counters. On charts, Nifty is hovering near a demand zone of 24800 which remains a crucial support; holding this range may trigger a short-term rebound. On the upside, the supply zone is placed around 24970, where selling pressure has emerged repeatedly. Going ahead, investors will watch macro data and bond yields. Overall, the session stayed range-bound with key levels in focus. Disclaimer: Investments in securities are subject to market risk.
