ACC Ltd Ambuja merger moves ahead

The NCLT Ahmedabad Bench has allowed the first motion in the proposed amalgamation of ACC into Ambuja Cements. Separate shareholder meetings are reportedly scheduled for September 29, 2026, subject to the required approvals.
