Bajaj Electricals Ltd Board Approval for Morphy Richards Acquisition

The board granted consent for acquiring the intellectual property rights (IP) of the Morphy Richards brand, including outright ownership in India, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Maldives, and Sri Lanka, from Glen Electric (part of Ireland-based Glen Dimplex Group) for ₹146 crore.
