Bharat Forge Ltd reported a 28% YoY rise in consolidated net profit
BHARATFORG reported a 28% YoY rise in consolidated net profit to ₹273 Cr for Q3 FY26 ended Dec 2025, driven by strong order wins and international partnerships in defence and aerospace. The company signed a pact with Windracers (UK) to localize UAV production in India and secured a UAE deal for artillery components via Kalyani Strategic Systems. Shares broke out from a double bottom pattern after a 20% fall, targeting ₹1,380-1,400 with support at ₹1,190.
