will hold its 15th AGM on September 22, 2026 at 2:00 pm IST (VC/OAVM) to adopt FY26 financials and reappoint Sahil Barua as MD & CEO for five years from October 13, 2026; e‑voting runs September 18–21 with a record date of September 15. Ahead of the festive rush, the company hiked shipping charges for D2C brands by up to ~10% from September 1, adding ₹4 per express and ₹2 per surface shipment due to rising ATF, inflation and fleet‑vendor costs. Operationally, Delhivery is launching Delhivery Direct (on‑demand intracity) in Mumbai and Hyderabad and has rolled out TransportOne’s agentic‑AI workforce for logistics, while allotting 127,439 shares on ESOP exercise in early September. Shares closed around ₹428 on September 18, with a 7‑day gain of ~1.8%.
