Havells India Ltd Battery-storage partnership

Havells has partnered with Norway-based Pixii AS to introduce battery energy-storage systems in India for residential, commercial and industrial applications. The company is seeking shareholder approval through postal ballot for the appointment of Ashish Dhawan and Shanti Ekambaram as independent directors. E-voting runs from August 1 to August 30, 2026.
