HDFC Bank Ltd FD rate cut effective today

Following SBI’s move and the recent RBI repo rate cut, HDFC Bank has reduced FD rates by 15 bps on deposits below ₹3 crore for the 18‑months to less‑than‑21‑months bucket, bringing the peak rate on that tenor down from 6.60% to 6.45% for general customers and from 7.10% to 6.60% for senior citizens. The revised card covers domestic, NRE and NRO FDs below ₹3 crore across tenors from 7 days to 10 years; overall the new slab now offers about 2.75–6.45% for regular customers and up to about 7.10% for senior citizens depending on tenor.
