Trendlyne says Q1 FY27 electricity traded volume reached 37,534 million units, up almost 16% year on year, while May 2026 volumes climbed to 12,983 million units versus 10,946 million a year earlier. April 2026 volumes were also up 16.6% year on year to 12,341 million units, showing continued demand strength despite pricing changes in the market.
