ITC Hotels Ltd consolidated net profit for Q2 FY26

ITC Hotels Ltd reported its highest ever consolidated net profit for Q2 FY26, rising 74% year-on-year to ₹133.29 crore, up from ₹76.63 crore in the same period last year. Revenue from operations increased 7.9% to ₹839.5 crore. The company’s EBITDA grew 16% to ₹246 crore, with margins expanding by 200 basis points to 29%, driven by growth in room revenue, food & beverage sales, and operational efficiencies.
