JSW Rail Infra Logistics, JSW Minerals Rail Logistics, and JSW (South) Rail Logistics—for an enterprise value of Rs 1,210-1,212 crore, gaining immediate access to 21-25 rakes, GPWIS/LSFTO licenses, and long-term contracts with JSW Steel and others, projected to add Rs 150 crore annualized EBITDA by FY27.
