KPIT’s trading window has been closed since October 1, 2026 for Q2 and H1 FY27 results, reopening 48 hours after the results are declared. In Q1 FY27, revenue rose 8.9% year-on-year to ₹1,675 crore, but EBITDA margin fell 380 basis points to 17.2% and net profit declined 32.3% to ₹116.4 crore. On October 12, the stock rose about 5% to ₹3,282 on BSE after touching a 52-week low of ₹471.20 on October 8; market capitalisation stood near ₹20,430 crore. Brokerages remain divided: Anand Rathi holds a Buy with a ₹493 target, expecting a modest seasonal QoQ uptick, while Choice Broking sees ₹780 upside; however, MarketsMojo rates it Sell, citing weak financial trends, a 59.19% year-to-date decline, and rising interest costs. KPIT also announced a collaboration with Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India (MBRDI) to accelerate software-defined vehicle development, and analysts expect its Caresoft and N-dream acquisitions to support medium-term growth despite near-term margin pressure.
