Lemon Tree will transfer hotel assets to Fleur Hotels, which will expand from 3,993 keys (24 hotels) to 5,813 keys (41 hotels) and list separately on NSE/BSE within 12–15 months. Lemon Tree retains management of leased Indore/Aurangabad hotels, manages 1,820 keys transferred to Fleur, and continues asset‑light growth with 6,011 operational keys (89 hotels) and 9,414 under development (127 hotels).
