Lodha Developers reported a 62.9% jump in consolidated net profit to Rs 1,463.40 crore for H1 FY26 over H1 FY25, on a 33.2% increase in revenue to Rs 7,290.20 crore. Quarterly pre-sales rose 7% year-on-year to Rs 4,570 crore in Q2 FY26 with collection growth of 13.36% in Q1 FY26. Despite some challenges due to environmental clearance delays, the company is optimistic about its launch pipeline and expects full-year pre-sale guidance of Rs 21,000 crore.
