$M&M SML Mahindra has begun a postal-ballot process for the acquisition and related-party transactions of up to ₹4,660 crore, with voting scheduled from August 8 to September 6. M&M plans to add 82,000 units of annual capacity by the end of FY27—around 70,000 for ICE SUVs and 12,000 for battery-electric vehicles.
