has recently completed acquiring the remaining stakes in three of its group companies: 9.99% in Foster Payment Networks, 67.55% in Paytm Insuretech, and 51.22% in Paytm Financial Services. These investments make these units wholly owned subsidiaries as of November 28, 2025.
